Tango Live Recorder Plans, Tokens & Recording Slots Explained

The Tango Live Recorder Telegram bot works without paying anything - but a subscription and tokens unlock a lot more control over how much you can record and where recordings end up. Here is exactly what's free, what each paid plan (Regular, Private, Combo) adds on top, and what tokens are actually for.

What's free, no subscription needed

1. 3 simultaneous recordings - record up to three broadcasts at once without a subscription.

2. Private, group and 1-on-1 streams - record them once Tango-RT is configured, and they never count against any recording quota.

3. Manual recording by link - paste any stream URL on any tier and the bot records it.

What a subscription unlocks

The main thing a paid plan buys you is membership in a private Telegram channel where finished recordings are delivered automatically: Regular unlocks the channel for public-stream recordings, Private unlocks the channel for private, group, and 1-on-1 recordings, and Combo unlocks both. Every tier also raises your personal limits - more simultaneous recordings, more streamer tracking slots for the Following feature, and a larger weekly quota for public recordings. That weekly quota is a storage cap that resets every week and grows on higher tiers; the exact GB available on your plan is shown on the in-app Quota page, and private, group, 1-on-1, and Tango-RT recordings never count against it. Plan durations

Every plan - Regular, Private, or Combo - can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, and a longer duration is generally the better deal per month. Exact pricing depends on the plan, duration, and payment method you pick, and is shown live inside the app rather than fixed in this guide.

Tokens: what they actually buy

Tokens are a separate currency from your subscription, shown as your credits balance in the Wallet. You buy them with Telegram Stars or crypto, then spend them on extra recording slots so a subscriber isn't capped at their plan's simultaneous-recording limit, extra streamer tracking slots for Following if you already have an active subscription, bonus storage to keep recording once your weekly quota for public streams runs out (check what's left on the Storage Quota page under Settings), and individual recordings sold in the channel catalog. Slot and quota costs are shown in tokens at the point of purchase inside the app.

How to buy a plan or tokens

1. Open the Plans tab in the Tango Live Recorder Mini App.

2. Pick Regular, Private, or Combo, then choose a duration - 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

3. Choose a payment method: Telegram Stars or crypto.

4. Confirm the purchase - your new limits and channel access apply immediately.

5. For tokens, open the Token Store instead, pick a pack, and pay the same way.
